In day of issue of the first batch of circulation obligatory copies of federal newspapers (the newspapers intended for distribution it is preferential in all territory of the Russian Federation) and newspapers of subjects of the Russian Federation in Russian are delivered.
Within seven days from the date of issue of the first batch of circulation obligatory copies are delivered:
books and brochures, magazines and the proceeding editions in Russian;
isoeditions, musical editions, maps and atlases in Russian;
large-circulation newspapers of municipalities and advertizing editions in Russian;
books and brochures, magazines and the proceeding editions, isoeditions, maps and atlases in languages of the people of the Russian Federation (except for Russian) and in foreign languages;
newspapers in languages of the people of the Russian Federation (except for Russian) and in foreign languages;
text sheet editions;
abstracts of theses and theses in the form of scientific reports;
standards.
2. Producers of documents for the purpose of subsequent distribution of editions between the largest library and information organizations bring obligatory federal copies of all types of printing editions to ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS).
