About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of cellulose wood half-bleached or bleached of deciduous breeds

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of cellulose wood half-bleached or bleached of the deciduous breeds classified by code 4703 29 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. The note 16C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, to state in the following edition:

"<16C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.06.2022 till 31.05.2023 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the inventory concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties to separate types of cellulose wood half-bleached or bleached of deciduous breeds.
