2. Scheduled inspections within the state licensed control of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals which carrying out is planned after February 28, 2022 are subject to carrying out within federal state licensed control (supervision) of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals according to the changes approved by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

In Regulations on the licensing of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2012 No. 1287 "About licensing of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 51, Art. 7222; 2020, No. 42, Art. 6585):
a) in Item 6 of the word "established by part 11 of Article 19" shall be replaced with words "established by part 10 of Article 19.2";
