Bring in the subitem "v" of Item 12 of the Procedure for production according to statements and representations concerning citizenship of Ukraine and accomplishment of the made decisions, No. 215/2001 "Questions of the organization of execution of the Law of Ukraine "On citizenship of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 27, 2001 of" (with the changes made by the Decree of June 27, 2006 No. 588/2006), change, having replaced words of "military commissariat" with words "district (the integrated district), city (district in the city, the integrated city) territorial center of completing and social support".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
