ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 23, 2017 No. 135 "About approval of Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and conditions of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 23, 2017 No. 135 "About approval of Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and conditions of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14842) the following change:

in Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for the civil servants, employees of public institutions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and condition of establishment by the worker of length-of-service allowance approved by the specified order:

exclude Item 9.

2. To provide to department of financial provision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet - resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1) and 2) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
