About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on road fund No. 720/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 753), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
in Item and) parts (1) words "national and local highways public;" shall be replaced with words "national highways public and highways of district (municipal) value;";
in part (the words "on national and local highways public" shall be replaced with words 2) "on national highways public and highways of district (municipal) value";
in part (shall be replaced with words 2-2) words "on local highways public" "on highways of district (municipal) value".

Art. II. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Item 28) Article 5:
c) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"c) personal code (IDNP) assigned according to the regulatory base competent authority for the physical person - to the citizen of the Republic of Moldova. In the absence of personal code (IDNP) - series and number (without gaps) passports, and for not having passport - series and number (without gaps) the certificate of birth or other identification document;";
