About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the public assistance No. 547/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item d) parts (Article 12 to state 2) in the following edition:

"d) regulates and will organize accreditation system and the state control in the field of the public assistance;".

2. In part (2) Article 13:

in Item е) "administered" to replace the word with the word "subordinated";

add part with the Item i-1) of the following content:

"i-1) provide at the request of the State social inspection information necessary for implementation of the state control of provision of the public assistance in the subordinated territory;".

Non-compliance with provisions of this law attracts disciplinary, civil, pravonarushitelny or criminal liability according to the legislation.

Article 26-1. The state control in the field of the public assistance

(1) the State control in the field of the public assistance is exercised by the State social inspection - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

(2) the Mission, the main functions, powers, the rights and other normative provisions concerning the organization of activities of the State social inspection are established by the regulations on its organization and functioning approved by the Government.
