About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 341), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 65 to add 2) with the offer: "Representatives of the body given the right of management of public property and its privatizations cannot constitute the majority in council of society.".

2. In part (Article 70 of the word "the representative of the Ministry of Finance or organizations subordinated to it" shall be replaced with words 2) "the representative of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics", and at the end to add part with the offer: "Representatives of one central industry body of public management and/or, depending on circumstances, one body of local public authority cannot constitute the majority in audit committee of society.".

Art. II. - In the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Change in all text concerns only the text in state language.

2. Part (Article 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Rates for calculation of standard price of the earth are established on conventional unit point-hectare proceeding from cadastral (quantitative and high-quality) indicators according to appendix to this law and are annually indexed by Parliament on representation of the Government according to the annual rate of inflation promulgated by National Bank of Moldova.".
