Part one of Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"maintenance of weapon - cleaning, weapon lubricant, adjustment of aim devices, shock and trigger mechanisms;

repair of weapon - reduction of weapon in the working condition by elimination of defects of its parts or their replacement, and also recovery of appearance and elements of art finishing of weapon.";

2) in Article 6:

b) state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9) storage of cartridges by legal entities and physical persons to civil weapon, the right to which acquisition they do not have, except as specified, established by this Federal Law;";

3) in Article 13:

a) the eighth to state part in the following edition:

"The license for acquisition of hunting fire long-barreled weapon with rifle barrel have the right to receive citizens of the Russian Federation who have the hunting ticket, in the presence of one of the following conditions:

1) are engaged in the professional activity connected with hunting;
