About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2020 No. 2290

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2020 No. 2290 "About licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 149).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
3. The paragraph two of Item 25 of the Regulations on licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2020 No. 2290 "About licensing of activities for collection, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" (in edition of this resolution), is effective till January 1, 2023.
