ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 207 which voided the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of June 1, 1998

According to the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of June 1, 1998 No. 207 "About approval of the Regulations on certified activities on rail transport of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 19, 1998 for No. 525/2965 (with changes).

2. To department of road transportations and safety on transport (Zadorozhny A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Nayyem M.
