About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities

The purpose of this Law is regulation of the relations in the field of industrial safety of hazardous production facilities (further - industrial safety).
The legislation on industrial safety consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about industrial safety then are applied rules of the international treaty.
Industrial safety is the condition of security of the vital interests of the personality and society from accidents and incidents on hazardous production facilities and their effects.
Accident on hazardous production facilities is destruction of the constructions and (or) technical devices used on hazardous production facilities, uncontrollable explosion and (or) emission of dangerous substances.
Incident on hazardous production facilities is the refusal or damage of the technical devices used on hazardous production facilities, variation from the mode of engineering procedure, violation of the requirements containing in acts of the legislation, and also regulating technical documents in the field of industrial safety.
Treat the companies or their workshops, sites, platforms, and also other production facilities on which hazardous production facilities:
1) are used, made, processed, will be formed, stored, transported, the following dangerous substances are destroyed:
the substances capable to form the explosion-fire-hazardous circle;
