According to subitem provisions 11) I ORDER to item 9 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance approved by the Order of the Government No. 696 of 30.08.2017:
1. In Regulations about procedure for cancellation of the tax liabilities administered by services on collection of the local taxes and charges falling under action of the h. (3) Art. 172 of the Tax code, approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 46 of 19.03.2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 107, of the Art. 387), to make the following changes:
1) in item 6 to exclude the phrase "by means of GUNA".
2. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
