About modification of Regulations about procedure for cancellation of the tax liabilities administered by services on collection of the local taxes and charges falling under action of the h. (3) Art. 172 of the Tax code
For the purpose of execution of provisions of the h. (3) Art. 172 of the Tax code, and also in connection with the changes made by the Law No. 257 of 16.12.2020 on modification of some regulations and also for ensuring effective fiscal administration I ORDER:
1. In Regulations about procedure for cancellation of the tax liabilities administered by services on collection of the local taxes and charges falling under action of the h. (3) Art. 172 of the Tax code, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 46 of 19.03.2020. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 107 of Art. 387 of 24.04.2020.), to make the following changes:
1) In Item 3 the text "information which is stored in information system of the State Tax Administration." to replace with the text of "information which is stored in information system".
2. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
