Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2012 No. 272-FZ "About corrective actions on persons involved in violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms, rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7597; 2021, No. 1, Art. 21) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word of "citizens of the United States of America" shall be replaced with words "foreign citizens and persons without citizenship";

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2) arrest in the territory of the Russian Federation financial or other assets of the foreign citizens and stateless persons specified in Item 1 of this Article and prohibition on any transactions with property and investments of these foreign citizens and persons without citizenship.";

2) in Article 2:

a) state part 1 in the following edition:

"1. The list of foreign citizens and stateless persons to which entry into the Russian Federation according to Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law is prohibited and the list of the organizations which activities are suspended according to article 3 of this Federal Law are kept by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the international relations of the Russian Federation.";

b) part in paragraph one 2 words of "citizens of the United States of America" shall be replaced with words "foreign citizens and persons without citizenship";
