About change of the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 76 of June 16, 2020 about approval of the Regulations on compensation of the VAT to the companies payers of the VAT which registered the VAT amounts which are deductible in subsequent period

According to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 141 of November 30, 2021 about organizational structure of the State Tax Administration I ORDER:

1. Regulations on compensation of the VAT to the companies payers of the VAT which registered the VAT amounts which are deductible in subsequent period, approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 76 of 16:06. To change 2020, as follows:

1) In all text of the Provision of the word "General Management of Tax Administration in the Place of Servicing" shall be replaced with words "Head department of tax servicing" in the corresponding case.

2) In all text of the Provision of the word "General Management of Tax Administration of Post-operational Tax Control" shall be replaced with words "Head department of control".

3) In Item 13 of the Provision of the word "Management of Tax Administration as a part of Head Department of Tax Administration" shall be replaced with words "Head department of tax servicing".
