About change of the Order of the director of the State Tax Administration No. 131 of May 29, 2017 about approval of the Certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods
According to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 141 of November 30, 2021 about organizational structure of the State Tax Administration I ORDER:
1. Of 29.05.2017 to change the order of the director of the State Tax Administration No. 131 as follows:
1) In Item 3 of the word "Head Department of Post-operational Control" shall be replaced with words "Head department of control".
2) In appendix No. 1 to the order of the word "GUPOK" shall be replaced with words "DG Control".
2. To head department of methodology of taxes and fees to bring this order to the attention of all structural divisions of the State Tax Administration and to provide its publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
3. This order becomes effective since 1.01.2022.
