About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1200 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements using special procedure"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1200 "About approval of Rules of implementation of public procurements using special procedure" the following amendments:

in Rules of implementation of the public procurements using special procedure approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 5 with part six of the following content:

"The administrator of the budget program according to part two of Item 5 of article 7 of the Law for several legal entities concerning whom he acts as state body of departments and the subordinated organizations can determine among them the organizer of public procurements.";

add Item 106 with part three of the following content:

"In cases of recognition of public procurements with tender method cancelled on the bases provided by subitems 2), 3) and 4) of Item 105 of these rules, competitive price proposals of potential suppliers are not opened.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
