About entering of amendments into the Law "About Road Transport"

Article 1. No. ZR-233 "About road transport" (further - the Law) after the paragraph determining the term "road sheet" to add article 4 of the Law of December 5, 2006 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"the route sheet - the document attached to road leaf of the bus performing regular passenger traffic, issued by the organization rendering autostation or dispatching services which includes brand of the vehicle, its accounting number, number of road leaf, date of issue, route of transportation and terms of the beginning and the end of actually performed flights;

electronic dispatching service - the single electronic automated system of dispatching management of works on regulation, accounting and control of works of the vehicles performing regular passenger traffic by road transport public;".

Article 2. To add article 11 of the Law with part 8 of the following content:

"8. When implementing regular passenger traffic by road transport public the relevant organ organizing route network can perform regulation of work of vehicles, and the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport - work on control of transportations by means of electronic dispatching service. The automated systems of electronic dispatching service create the bodies organizing route network, established by part 2 of article 10 of this Law, and the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport of the Republic of Armenia obtains information on routes of regular passenger traffic in the Republic of Armenia by electronic method in information base of the automated systems of electronic dispatching service. Requirements to rendering electronic dispatching services are approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. To add the Item of part 2 of article 12 of the Law after words of "road leaf" with the words "or the route leaf attached to it".
