About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Security act of traffic No. 131/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law, except for the concepts "vehicle" and "trail car" of Article 2, of the word "vehicle" shall be replaced with words "vehicle" in the corresponding number and case.
2. In Article 2:
in the concept "periodic technical inspection" of the word "vehicles, driverless vehicles and trail cars to them," shall be replaced with words "vehicles";
in the concept "driving instructor" of the word "car driver license;" shall be replaced with words "the rights of control of vehicles;";
in the concept "teacher of road safety" of the word "car driver license;" shall be replaced with words "the rights of control of vehicles;".
3. In Item and) Article 9 of the word "the car driver license;" shall be replaced with words "the rights of control of vehicles;".
4. In Article 10:
in Items b) and d) words of "car driver license" shall be replaced with words "the rights of control of vehicles";
Item f) to declare invalid.
5. In Article 14:
in Item b) words "car driver licenses;" shall be replaced with words "the rights of control of vehicles;";
in Item c) the words "on receipt of car driver licenses" shall be replaced with words "on receipt of the right of control of vehicles,".
6. In Item g) Article 16 of the word "vehicles, trail cars, bodies and aggregates to them," shall be replaced with words "vehicles, bodies and aggregates,".
