Article 16 to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"During all effective period of state of emergency imposed in the certain area of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the elections to Kengashi of People's Deputies located in this area are not carried out";

To add 2) with Article 25-4 of the following content:

"Article 25-4. Restriction of activities of public authorities on places

For action of emergency state by the presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan about introduction of emergency state complete or partial suspension in the territory where state of emergency, powers of public authorities on places is imposed can be provided".
