to state paragraphs of the second or eighth of Item 2 of Article 25 in the following edition:

- wheel and catarpillars with the engine capacity over 77,2 of kW, self-propelled agricultural, meliorative, digging, roadway construction equipments, including excavators and lift trucks with ladle amount to 2 CBM (category "B"), - to the persons which reached seventeen-year age, having allowing marks in the column "A" and continuous year length of service the tractor operator-driver;
- by machines meliorative, digging, road-building, including excavators and lift trucks with ladle amount over 2 CBM (category "G"), - to the persons which reached eighteen-year age, having allowing marks in columns "A", "B" and continuous biennial length of service the tractor operator-driver;".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
