About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that in 2022 statements for approval of changes of conditions of the concessionary agreement and documents submitted to antimonopoly authority in the presence of the basis provided by the subitem "k" of Item 2 of Rules of provision by antimonopoly authority of consent to change of the conditions of the concessionary agreement approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2014 No. 368 "About approval of Rules of provision by antimonopoly authority of consent to change of conditions of the concessionary agreement" (in edition of this resolution), are considered in time, not exceeding 14 working days from the date of registration of the specified statements and documents in antimonopoly authority in accordance with the established procedure. Prolongation of the specified term is not allowed.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Regulations on the organization and the conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145 "About procedure for the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 11, Art. 1336; 2021, No. 33, Art. 6107):

a) Item 45 in paragraph one (14) words of "the prisoner till July 1, 2021" shall be replaced with words "the prisoner till January 1, 2022";
