PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of January 18, 2021 No. 495

About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2001 No. 691 "Questions of the State award of the world and progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 32, the Art. 421):

as a part of the Commission on award of the State award of the world and progress of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa, approved by the above-named Decree:

line:

"the responsible secretary of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the secretary" to state in the following edition:

"chief of staff of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, secretary".

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2002 No. 828 "About some questions of personnel policy in system of public authorities":
