Art. I. - Article 1 of the Law on change of condition of establishment and provision of benefit for the cold period of year No. 190/2021 (2021, 292, the Art. 413) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

(3) to the Families receiving social benefit and/or benefit for the cold period of year which right expired in December, 2021 or expires in January - February, 2022, and not submitted the application after the expiration on which benefits were established, but have the appropriate right to them, the right to benefit for the cold period of year is prolonged till March 31, 2022 inclusive without the need for filing of application.

(4) the Applications for provision of social benefit submitted after November 1, 2021 according to which decisions on refusal in provision of entitlement to benefit for the cold period of year were passed are reviewed by means of the Automated information system "Public assistance" within which competence of provision or refusal in provision of the appropriate right according to provisions of this law is checked and decisions without the need for submission of other statement are passed.
