About attraction of external state loan from the International Monetary Fund via the mechanism of expanded financing (EFF)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Approve attraction of external state loan by the Government of the Republic of Moldova from the International Monetary Fund via the mechanism of expanded financing (EFF) in the amount to 396 175 000 special drawing rights (DST) which will be used for financing of needs of the government budget.
Art. 2. - The external state loan granted by the International Monetary Fund via the mechanism of expanded financing (EFF) will return 12 equal shares after four and a half years after each removal of loan from the account. The interest rate for loan will constitute the main interest rate for special drawing rights (DST). The service fee of loan constitutes 0,5 of percent of paid amount.
Art. 3. - To the government by means of the Ministry of Finance to perform servicing of the granted loan.
Art. 4. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
