About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1090/2017 about the organization and functioning of the National agency of public health

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and parts (2) article 16 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1090/2017 about the organization and functioning of the National agency of public health (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 440, of the Art. 1214), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendices No. 1 and 2 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case, and the text "the Minister of Health, work and social protection" in any case shall be replaced with words "Minister of Health" in the corresponding case;

2) in the resolution:

a) add Item 1 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"To 2-1) Organigramm of the National agency of public health according to appendix No. 2-1;";

b) in Item 2 of figure "105" to replace with figures "65";

3) in appendix No. 2:

a) in the Section "I. Organizational structure of the National agency of public health":
