About rates of the excise tax on vegetable oil
For the purpose of ensuring steady saturation of the domestic consumer market of the republic with vegetable oil the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Determine that since October 1, 1998 the excise tax on vegetable oil:
cotton, made in the Republic of Uzbekistan (except for the oil used in the industrial purposes), it is levied at the rate of 65 percent with preserving the operating procedure for its calculation;
delivered on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is levied but rate of 20 percent from customs value of goods.
2. Recognize invalid regarding vegetable oil:
the appendix N14-1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 5, 1997 N540 "About the Forecast of the Main Macroeconomic Indicators and the Government Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 1998";
the appendix N2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 24, 1998 N80 "About Measures of Tariff Regulation of Import".
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hamidov B. S.
