About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of pharmaceutical activities

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of pharmaceutical activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2011 No. 1081 "About licensing of pharmaceutical activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, Art. 126; 2013, No. 16, Art. 1970; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4165):

a) in the paragraph the second the subitem "v" of the word of "requirements of Articles 53 and 54" shall be replaced with words "requirements of Articles 53, 54 and parts 7 of Article 67";

b) in the subitem "g":

paragraph two after words of "requirements of part 6 of Article 55" to add with the words "and parts 7 of Article 67";

third to add the paragraph with words ", and also the medical organizations - requirements of part 7 of article 67 of the Federal law "About Drug Circulation".

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2020.
