About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2017 No. 792 and of April 23, 2021 No. 240
Based on the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80 "About approval of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also about change and recognition voided some decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2017 No. 792 "About confirmation of purpose of imported goods":
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the note 5 to the single Commodity nomenclature of the foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of Council of July 16, 2012" to exclude No. 54 from Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of confirmation of purpose of the imported goods approved by this resolution, words";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240 "About application of special measures":
