About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service" the following change and amendment:

in Rules and terms of carrying out rotation, category and position of the government employees who are subject to rotation, approved by the above-named Decree:

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Provisions of these rules do not extend to the government employees elected according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. Carrying out rotation between employees of the case "B", at least three last years holding executive positions of categories C-2, C-3, C-O-2, C-O-3, C-R-1, C-R-2, C-R-3, D-O-2, D-1, D-2, D-3, E-1, E-R-1 (except for akims of the cities of district value, villages, settlements, rural districts), including working in different state bodies, acts of authorized persons is allowed in case of mutual consent of these employees of the case "B". At the same time results of efficiency evaluation of activities of state bodies on the corresponding directions and estimates of activities of the serving case "B" are considered.

The rotation provided by part one of this Item is allowed only between the employees of the case "B" working in different administrative and territorial units.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
