About amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with legalization of money by them
This Law for the purpose of attraction of additional financial resources in economy of Kazakhstan regulates holding exclusive single action by the state on legalization of money of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan which was withdrawn from legal economic circulation earlier and was not declared, by release from the taxation and responsibility of persons who made separate offenses in the field of economy.
1. This Law extends to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who will enlist money for special accounts without the order right them for legalization in the banks of the second level which are logging in collective guaranteeing (insurance) deposits (deposits) by contribution of cash in national or in foreign currency, and also transfer of own money from personal accounts in foreign banks. The list of foreign currency is determined by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The period of legalization of money constitutes thirty calendar days during 2001. Starting date of the period is established by the presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Law does not extend to cases of legalization of the money received as a result of corruption offenses, crimes against the personality, the world and safety of mankind, bases of the constitutional system and safety of the state, property, interests of public service, public safety and public order, health of the population and morality, and also the money belonging to other persons or received as the credits.
1. Information on availability of special accounts and quantity of money for them is not subject to disclosure.
2. Availability of the special account cannot be the basis for carrying out any legal proceedings, including implementation of criminal prosecution or application of administrative punishment.
