Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 2007 No. 1256 "About approval of the guaranteed state standard rate of network of the organizations of education":

"2. To provide to akims of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) bringing number of the state organizations of education to the guaranteed state standard rate of network of the organizations of education;

2) receipt of free preschool and secondary education by citizens (preschool, initial, main average and general average) by provision of places at boarding schools, school nursing homes or daily free transportation to nearby comprehensive schools and back, proceeding from economic feasibility and the consent of parents of the children living in rural settlements in which there are no general education educational institutions.";
