1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 18-03/159 "About approval of Rules of establishment of restrictions and prohibitions on use of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10845) the following changes:

"8. In case of feasibility of establishment of restrictions and prohibitions, and also their adjustment, department according to the biological reasons which passed the state environmental assessment makes the decision on introduction of restrictions and prohibitions on use of objects of fauna, their parts and derivatives, establishes places and terms of their use.

Territorial subdivisions of department make decisions on transfer of term of prohibition on withdrawal of objects of fauna for fifteen calendar days in this or that party depending on climatic conditions without change of general duration of prohibition on the recommendation of the accredited scientific organizations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna.".

2. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
