Procedure for export of excise stamps and import of the marked excise goods

This instruction is developed in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 1997. "About enhancement of application of excise stamps on tobacco products and alcoholic beverages" also determines procedure for export of excise stamps and import of the marked excise goods.

Export of excise stamps and import of the marked excise goods is made in the presence of the cargo customs declarations which are drawn up according to the Temporary instruction "About procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration (CCD)", the Republic of Uzbekistan registered by the Ministry of Justice for N3 of October 14, 1993 and approved by the order of STC RUZ N162 of December 23, 1993.

Export of excise stamps

Export of excise stamps is performed in the "temporary export" mode for the term established by the Customs code if other is not provided by other acts of the legislation.

When exporting excise stamps of GTD it is drawn up as follows:

a) in column 31 - the description of goods - is specified "excise stamps on tobacco products" or "excise stamps on alcoholic products" with obligatory specifying of code of the company and quantity of brands in pieces;

b) in column 33 - commodity code - codes of excise stamps according to the table below are specified:
