For the purpose of rational use of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property and in use of the state land users, creations of conditions and development of railway industry according to articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property" of October 9, 2019 No. 535 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land which are in state-owned property, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 6 with the paragraph third the following content:
"-fifteen years - the parcels of land which are in use of the state land users for designing, constructions of buildings, constructions aimed at the development of railway industry, and their operation;";
- add Item 11 with subitem 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1) for designing, construction of buildings, constructions aimed at the development of railway industry, and their operation in case of observance of the conditions specified in Chapter 4-2 of this provision;";
- to add Item 14 paragraph two after words of "object of the facilitated type" with the words "or the conclusion of authorized body on architecture and construction about possibility of designing and construction of buildings and constructions";
- add Item 20 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
