About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2020 No. 927 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of tobacco products"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2020 No. 927 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of tobacco products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21302) the following changes:

in Rules of marking and traceability of the tobacco products approved by the specified order:

"8. Requirements to the organizations performing retail trade:

1) EDS availability;

2) availability the PACK ICE creating and transferring data on turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of the marked tobacco products in IS MPT signed by the EDS including by means of personal account of IS MPT;

3) cash register availability with function of fixing and (or) data transmission, registered according to the order;

4) availability of the means of scanning and recognition of means of identification of tobacco products integrated to cash register, in case of availability of the specified means;

5) availability of the agreement signed with the operator of fiscal data according to Chapters 22, 23 and 24 Civil codes on transfer of data on conclusion from turnover of the marked tobacco products with use of the control and cash equipment on each realized unit.";

"11. The participants of turnover enabling retail sale of tobacco products from the date of implementation of activities for retail sale of the marked tobacco products:

1) perform the registration in IS MPT from the date of emergence of need of implementation of the activities connected with retail sale of tobacco products;
