Acceptance on paid and contractual basis in educational institutions of the highest (bachelor degree, magistracy) and secondary vocational education is made by State commission on acceptance in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further State commission) in the limits set by the Cabinet of Ministers of quotas of paid and contractual acceptance.
