I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 235 "About approval of Standard rules of content and protection of green plantings, rules of improvement of the territories of the cities and settlements and Rules rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Cutting Down of Trees" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10886, it is published on May 14, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change and amendment:

in Standard rules of content and protection of the green plantings approved by the specified order:

add with Item 29-1 of the following content:

"29-1. In case of death of the green plantings which are in the adjacent territory, the legal entity or physical person under which authority this territory is makes compensation landing in tenfold size.";

state Item 30 in the following edition:

"30. The physical person or legal entity which made illegal cutting down, destruction, damage of trees or abuse of regulations of content and protection of green plantings bears responsibility according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses and makes compensation planting of trees in twentyfold size.

In case of illegal cutting down, destruction, damage of the trees included in the Red List of the Republic of Kazakhstan compensation planting of trees to be made in thirtyfold size.".
