About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning terephthalic acid and its salts

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the terephthalic acid and its salts classified by code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till March 31, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 2917 36 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<52C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 52C of the following content:
