In pursuance of the paragraph of the third item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2021 "About the current (settlement) bank account of physical person with basic terms of service" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 363
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure and conditions of passing by citizens of alternative service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2016 No. 497, the following changes:
state Item 43 in the following edition:
"43. To the citizens passing alternative service, monthly monetary pay is paid by body for work, employment and social protection for the location of the organization in which the citizen passes alternative service, at the expense of means of the republican budget by money transfer into the basic account opened by the receiver of monthly monetary pay.
The citizens passing alternative service, receiving monthly monetary pay on the settlement account in bank till July 1, 2025 open the basic account or perform transactions of renewal of the settlement account in the basic account for transfer on it monthly monetary pay.";
