About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of part one of Item 5 of Article 5, of Item 7 of Article 6, of Item 7 of Article 7, of Item 6 of Article 8, of the paragraph of the eighteenth of Article 15, of part one of Item 3 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 No. 56-Z "About auditor activities", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2000 No. 81 "About approval of national rules of auditor activities":

from Item 15 of the national rules of auditor activities "Audit planning" approved by this resolution the word "essential" to exclude;

in the national rules of auditor activities "Audit documentation" approved by this resolution:

and paragraph one of part two of Item 9 to state part one in the following edition:

"9. Working documentation is constituted on papers and (or) in electronic form. Working documentation if necessary joins copies or excerpts from documents of the audited face.

The following documents constituted on papers as a part of working documentation shall be stored on papers:";

in Item 23:

1.2. in the national rules of auditor activities "Purposes and general auditing principles of the accounting and (or) financial reporting" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2000 No. 114:

state Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:

"7. The auditing organization shall observe the principles of professional ethics. The principles of professional ethics obligatory for observance by auditors, auditing organizations when rendering auditor services, are determined by national rules of auditor activities "Professional ethics of persons rendering auditor services", approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2007 No. 189.

8. The auditing organization shall develop internal regulations of auditor activities of auditing organization according to which the auditing organization performs internal quality evaluation of work of auditors and to determine in them the specific assessment procedures including intended for ensuring receipt of reasonable confidence that auditing organization and its workers observe the principles of professional ethics. Single requirements to the organization of system of internal quality evaluation of work of auditors in auditing organization are determined by the national rules of auditor activities "Internal quality evaluation of work of auditors" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2002 No. 8.";

1.3. in the national rules of auditor activities "Initial and comparable data in the accounting and (or) financial reporting" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2002 No. 124:

add Item 2 with part of the following content:

"The term "inventory items" matters, the "Receipt of auditor proofs in some specific cases" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2005 No. 115 determined by part two of Item 2 of national rules of auditor activities.";

in part one of Item 8 of the word "supplementary audit procedures and to obtain such evidence" shall be replaced with words "audit procedures for receipt of such proofs";
