About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for marauding

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

a) the fourth articles 185 after the words "in large sizes" to add part with the words "or in the conditions of warlike or emergency state";

b) the fourth articles 186 after the words "in large sizes" to add part with the words "or in the conditions of warlike or emergency state";

c) the fourth articles 187 after words "organized group" to add part with the words "or in the conditions of warlike or emergency state";

d) the fourth articles 189 after words "organized group" to add part with the words "or in the conditions of warlike or emergency state";

d) the fourth Article 191 after the words "in large sizes" to add part with the words "or in the conditions of warlike or emergency state";

e) in Article 432 to replace the word of "three" with the word of "five".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
