1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Articles 111 and 113 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 111. High treason

"Article 113. Diversion

1. Making for the purpose of weakening of the state of the explosions, arsons or other actions directed to mass extermination of people, causing bodily harms or other harm to their health, to destruction or damage of the objects having important economic or defense value, and also making with the same purpose of the actions directed to radioactive pollution, mass poisoning, distribution of epidemics, epizooty or epiphytoties
