About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part three of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 345-Z "About the prevention of spread of the diseases constituting health hazard of the population, human immunodeficiency virus", Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2020 No. 131 "About material stimulation of workers of health care", parts one of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2020 No. 208 "About introduction of restrictive action" of subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. No. 97 "About establishment of clinical indications and categories of persons which are subject to obligatory medical examination" to exclude subitem 6.2 of Item 6 of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2012;

1.2. in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 20, 2020 No. 40 "About establishment of the list of infections, for work in the conditions connected with which establishes the monthly allowance of" the word", providing medical care (participating in its rendering) to patients with infections and to the faces carried to contacts of the first level, and (or) working in the conditions connected with infections" shall be replaced with words "according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2020 No. 131";
