About modification of part the seventh article 147 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning determination of territorial cognizance of legal cases

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Part the seventh article 147 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (2016, 31, the Art. 545) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"7. In case of impossibility of implementation of justice by court for the objective reasons during warlike or emergency state, in connection with natural disaster, military operations, measures to combat terrorism or other force majeure territorial cognizance of the legal cases considered in such court according to the decision of the Supreme council of justice which is made on representation of the Chairman of the Supreme Court, by its transfer to the court which is brought most territorially closer to court which cannot perform justice, or other certain court can be changed. In case of impossibility of implementation by the Supreme council of justice of such power it is performed according to the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court. The relevant decision also is the basis for transfer of all cases which are under consideration of court which territorial cognizance changes".
