About entering of amendment into the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2019 No. 1431 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2019 No. 1431 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:

in Regulations on the Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

add Item 15 with subitem 77-1) of the following content:

"77-1) forming and maintaining electronic depositary in the field of public procurements;".

2. To provide to committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) inclusion and official publication of this order in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
