About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Item f) Article 62 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

Art. II. - Part (2) article 34 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012 (2012, Art. No. 155-159, 508), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the offer: "Recommendations of the Consultation do not limit the right of person with limited opportunities on receipt of the status of the unemployed and use of measures for employment irrespective of the remained labor skills determined by the Consultation or its territorial structures.".

Art. III. - In the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In article 3 to state the concept "adaptation of workplace" of the following edition:

"adaptation of workplace - set of the measures taken by the employer for assistance to implementation of right to work and to performance improvement of work on workplace of person with limited opportunities taking into account individual needs of the corresponding person by means of equipment by the auxiliary equipment, devices and technologies, hiring of support personnel and adaptation of space;".

2. In Item and) parts (1) Article 20 of the word" to which employment according to the certificate on assignment of extent of restriction of opportunities is recommended" to exclude.
