1. Appendix to the Order of the Minister of Health and the CEO of National medical insurance company No. 596/404-A of July 21, 2016 about approval of methodological regulations of application of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 338-341/1601), with subsequent changes, to change as follows:
Chapter II the Section "Fast Pre-hospital Medical Care" to change 1) as follows:
"Urgentny medical care at pre-hospital stage
12. The suppliers of urgentny medical care at pre-hospital stage who are logging in compulsory medical insurance (further - suppliers of UMPDE) round the clock provide rendering urgentny medical care to the population (adults and children), irrespective of the status of person in system of compulsory medical insurance (it is insured / it is not insured), in all serviced territory.
13. The challenge of urgentny medical care at pre-hospital stage is performed according to single telephone number "112" and is provided round the clock since the place of accident or disease during transportation and before transfer of the patient to the medical institution providing stationary medical care. If necessary, before arrival of crew of urgentny medical care appropriate assistance is provided by any medical institution which is near the place of accident or disease.
