Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation" the following changes:
in subitem 1:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "medicines" "medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the payer under tripartite agreements under which customer are military authorities and the central executive bodies, on implementation of purchases at the expense of means of the government budget for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state (on acquisition of necessary food products, fuel, medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment;";
in subitem 3:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"for medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications and the medical equipment - with the Ministry of Health;";
add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"fuel - with the Department of Energy.".
